Hi,
I contacted Upwork support on chat 3-4 days ago about a billing issue. They told me I would hear a response in 24-48 hours. This is in the transcript also. I have not heard from them. Meanwhile they have told a freelancer I have hired that my account has been banned and he cannot accept the job he has already done work for. No one is getting back to me and I want to spend money on the site. Can someone give me advice on how to contact support?

24-48 is old cool template. Week-two with luck enough.
Update ticket with messages. It can help a little.
