Well! around 3 weeks ago, i was hired to work 10hrs/week for some project and 1 week done worked 10hrs from 22 august to 25 august. so i asked the client to pay upwork (because the client was very unresponsive on messages and also he was i think new with only $20 spent so i was unsure about the work that he might ditch ne) and he replied me that payment is done and i didn't get notified so i checked his amount spent it was indeed more than $20 now. The time around he paid, the amount was under "in review". Today on 6 sept i checked i thought its been more than a week now it is available for withdrawal but i see that the amount is still under Pending.. Why is that? Can anyone enlighten me.. ? This is my first time working hourly based. I am clueless!!!!!!

Also: Upwork's customer support efforts are not email-centric.
You should never plan to initiate contact with Upwork via email. Because such efforts will usually fail.
