Stuck Connects and cant get a job

Basically the title, is just sad that i have many connects stuck on proposals like more than a week and, i cant apply to a job because i dont have any connects left. I bought some connects with real money and the balance but is just it, i buy connect, apply and get stuck. And now, i just keep seeing the offers on timeline and i cant apply, because i dont have connects 😞
