'Submit a Proposal' button not working

Hi There,

I'm having difficulty when trying to submit my first proposal. When I click the green submit button nothing happens. It's very frustrating as I have 50 connects to use but cannot seem to use them? Please can you resolve this issue promptly so I can begin making contacts?

I'm having this issue with all job postings. The button doesn't click through to anything but will highlight when I hover over it.
