Support Request Form Doesn't Work

When I click on Contact Support, the browser goes to this link:

https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

But the form flashes for a second and then vanishes. I've tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

Does anyone else know how to contact support? An email address or something? I've been trying for days to get help, and it's a loop of death.
