Hi, I hope everyone is well there. I am in contract with a buyer, but Upwork pauses the job due to some error in the buyer's account. I talked with him, and he said that the issue is sorted out, but the job is still paused, and I have completed his project. Kindly guide me on what to do?

Don't send him the work until Upwork unpauses the job. It's not sorted out until Upwork says it is, no matter what the client says. All you can do is wait.

Bundle of thanks for this kind information. Kindly let me know the procedure if the Job does not get resumed by Upwork. I have completed the task, so what will be the procedure to get my funds as they are in Escrow.

If the money really is in escrow that means Upwork was able to charge his card. I don't know whay they paused the contract but I'm sure someone form Upwork will answer you here, and you should also open a ticket with them to find out exactly what the problem is.
