Testimonial request sent but no notifications received.

Hey there,

I sent my 2nd testimonial request to a non-Upwork client today. He said he's got the email and has posted a testimonial for me. But I haven't received any confirmation from Upwork on the status of the testimonial. I imagine I should be at least getting a notification saying that the testimonial is waiting for approval right? I've got nothing.

Moreover, under the Testimonials section, there was a message from that said 'Your request for a testimonial from client name has been sent ' (something like that).  This message was from my first testimonial request to another client, that's not there to be seen either. Now I just got the option to request a testimonial there, I don't see my previous requests there anymore.

Is this some kind of error?
