Hi,
It's been weeks I am asking the client to close the contract we have. Unfortunately, the client is totally unresponsive.
I successfully completed the milestones and I was paid. But the status of the contract is still ''Job in progress'' and still in my ''Active Contracts'' (in ''Awaiting Milestones'').
Would it be possible to close the contract?

Hi David,
While it's typically best to wait for the client to close the contract on their own, if you wish to close the contract yourself, you can do it. You'll need to navigate to "My Jobs" and click on the contract you wish to close, you'll then click the three dots that appear on the top right corner of the page and click on "End contract".
