There are something not correct in the "My proposals" report

There are something not correct in the "My proposals" report .

I have many active and submited proposales in my account  , but on page #1  none of them is  mark as "Viewed by client". 

It's quite strange because i discuss in Mesasge room  with clients from some of projects for there details , it's obviostely they are saw my proposal before to start chat with me .

and second strange is i have openned Message room fron of me , but some times i received email for message from the client and message not appear in the message room . I should do page reload to see it 

is that only on my account  ?
