Hello,
I am not able to accept the offer and I don't want to start working before I do. However the client is in a hurry and I want this to be fixed. How can i understand what the problem is ?
when I try to accept the offer it says ''This client's account is on a temporary hold. Once the issue is resolved, you can accept their offer.''

If you're getting this message, it means that there's a problem that your client needs to resolve on their end for the hold to be lifted. I'm afraid that we can't share details about another user's account for privacy reasons, though we highly recommend that you do not start working with the client until their issue is resolved and you no longer see this message.
