Top rate eligible week not updating

Hi. My Top rated eligible week is supposed to be 8 now. It wasn't updated in my stats yet. Can someone please look into it?

Could you please try checking again after clearing your cache and cookies? If you are still not seeing any changes, please let us know.

I did cleared cache and cookies of the browser still it's not updating my Top Rated Eligible weeks, which should be 9/16 now.

Please assist!

Hi Muhammad,

In order for the number of eligible weeks to increase, your non-eligible weeks will need to be "pushed out" of the past 16-weeks. Once this happens, the number of eligible weeks will start increasing, provided you meet the requirements. If an eligible week falls off of the calculation each week, the total number of eligible weeks won't increase. You can find more information here.

I think there is a confusion, my JSS is above 90 and now the weeks should go up instead of staying still from last 3 weeks. My Top rated eligible week is 6/16 from last 3 weeks when my JSS is above 90.
