Transaction declined but I still got the connects?

I bought 100 connects for $15. But international transactions were off on my card so the transaction got declined, but Upwork credited the 100 connects to me anyway.

What do I do? I don't want Upwork to ban me. How can I make this right? I paid via PayPal. PayPal even sent me a receipt for $15. I'm worried PayPal will chargeback the money and Upwork will ban me for it
