Transaction issues and Membership Plan

Hi Upwork Community,

My Upwork Membership plan was accidentally reactivated, But I don't want it now.

Can you please cancel it, before canceling Dose I get back my fee for the membership plan, let me know. 

 

Secondly, I requested payment of $1.00 from Upwork via an ACH bank account. But I didn't get it yet.  When I will receive it on my account?
