URGENT: Cannot reset my password!

Hello Upwork Community,

I cannot reset my password and this is very urgent. I do receive the email, but when I click on the link, it just says "Account information cannot be recovered, try again." And this has happened over 10 times. I keep resending the link and opening it to get the same result. So I am using my brother's personal email just to send this message and hope someone can help so I can recover my account and then later delete this one. This is very urgent, there are jobs I need to post and I have tried everything, an answer would be much appreciated!
