Unable To Accept Offer

Hello Support,

I received an offer from a client I have never worked with before, but I am unable to accept the offer. And the client everything at his side is fine and is expecting me to accept the offer. 

See attached the error message. I tried using another browser to try it, but it still returns the same error message. 

Please resolve!
