Unable to access email linked to old account

Hello,

I created a new account as my old account got hacked and the email was deleted and Upwork won't let me add my phone number to this new account because it is tied to the old account. I've tried to type that in the bot chat but it would never prompt me to open up a support ticket. I just need to get the phone number taken off the old account/ the old account deleted.
