Unable to change profile picture because of ID Verification

Hi there, when I created my account I accidentally added the wrong profile picture. Now when I am trying to get verified I sent the right ID and got the selfie picture working but am unable to get the verification badge because my profile picture is wrong. So I went to change my profile picture to the right one but unfortunately it is complaining to me to verify my identity which I need to first be able to change my profile picture to be able to do. Please help with this.
