Unable to create new agency account

Hello! I have accidentally closed my agency account. My first goal was changing agency name, but I didn't find the way to do it, so I decided to close my current agency account and then create a new one. Now I do not have access to my previous as well as I do not have a possibility to create a new one. What should I do in this situation?

Thank you for your message. You cannot create a new agency account on your Upwork account but we can reinstate the previous agency account for you. Let us know if you would like us to reinstate your previously closed agency account for you.
