Unable to log bank details

I am new to Upwork and I have been trying to upload my back details for payment and I keep getting an error that the card number is too long. 
"Card Number" contains an invalid amount of digits'

Is there a problem with the system?

Hi Pradeep,

The card is not the problem its the billing form - when I put the correct card number in it tells me that there are too many digits, which there isnt. I've tried another card and another browser just in case but its still not working.
