Hello,
I seem to be unable to request an API Key.
My problem is exactly the same as in this thread: https://community.upwork.com/t5/Freelancers/Unable-to-request-an-API-Key/m-p/1364110/highlight/true#...
After submition of the form, I get redirected to a page (with URL https://www.upwork.com/ab/fivs/verify/<redacted>) and it displays the following.

Please contact customer support to receive a new URL. The URL will be active for 30 days.
---
At this point, I don't know if my request was received or not. Am I supposed to receive an email confirming the receipt of my request ? Is it a bug ? Should I submit a ticket to the support ?
