Unable to submit a proposal

I got an invitation for an interview, but I was not able no submit my proposal after filling the form. The submit button remains blocked.

I want to confirm, were you able to fill in all the required fields? Could you try again after clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? Please let us know if the issue persists. If you can share a screenshot of the error, that will also help us with our investigation.
