Unable to view my connects

Hello people,

I'd purchased some connects to apply for a work, but neither am I able to view my connects, nor am I getting a refund from upwork. Please let me know how can I get the connects that I've paid for.

Hi Asad,

Please know that your purchase was unsuccessful, and so there were no connects credited to your account. Also, there was no amount charged on your card. Kindly check your billing method if it has the right amount of funds or if it has issues. If there is an issue, you may call your bank for further clarification.
