Upwork Desktop App Not Opening after install on M1 Monterey 12.5

Over a couple of weeks, I tried uninstalling and installing the Upwork desktop app many times. but when I try to open nothing happens only time tracker opens messages don't open. Why this is happening.

Upwork teams, Please give a solution  ASAP.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you please try to force stop the Upwork desktop app and then relaunch it? Let us know if the issue persists so we can further assist you.
