Does Upwork offer mentors for hire? For instance someone you can work with to solve computer networking problems?

Go to the right top of the screen in the search box and click the down carrat for Talent. Type your keyword and click enter. Next use the left selection to pick "Consulation". This will give you a list of freelancers that have 30 or 60 minute Consultations to solve quick issues. For example, I have a 60 minute Marketing and Sales Consultation. Thanks!
