Upwork Password and availability

Hi! I have a couple of questions.

First, I just changed my password like a month ago and I have saved a copy as well. I have been using the new password and it was working fine. But now when I tried to edit my settings, it keeps on telling me that its a wrong password. 

Second question is, why is my profile availability is still off? I just bought connects and it is still showing off. 

Can someone help me please? Thank you so much!

Hi Venus,

 

We checked your account, and it looks like you were logging into your account via Google sign-in. When you access your settings page and need to make some changes, it will request to verify by asking you to enter a password. Please confirm if you prefer to disable your Google sign-in and use an email and password to log into your account 

 

As for your profile visibility, it looks like you've set your profile to be only available to Upwork users. If you want to change this, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Select Profile > Profile Settings
  2. Choose a visibility option from the dropdown menu
