Upwork Talent Scout- Skills assessment stage "submit" button not working

My application for talent scout was approved and I was asked to submit my skill set and portfolio link for further assessment.

I'm having issues with submitting my behance portfolio link & skill set at Upwork talent scout- skill assessment stage. The page stays there as it is after pressing the submit button. Is this okay? Submit button turns to grey when pressed and again comes to green color but no other page shows when submit button pressed. Please help and see the screenshot attached. Thank you!
