Upwork in direct payment

I worked for some time on upwork in direct payment with my client. When I withdraw payment my bank used to give me incentive but now it is not giving me any incentive what is the reason?

If your bank is not giving you incentives anymore, I think it would be better if you address this concern with them. Nothing has changed from our end.
