Hey guys, I think this is not new but my Upwork profile was stolen by ex agency and I want to gain access over it again. I wrote a ticket more than a week ago to Upwork support but didnt even get a response that it was put into work. What should I do in this case and how can I reach out to Upworks support because I dont believe I can get my account back without help here !
