VAT number verification for new agency

Hi, I've had an account as a freelancer for some months now, but I recently closed my personal freelancer business in Greece, and created a company together with my wife. So I thought I'd switch to an agency in upwork instead. I've written all the details in the tax information section of the agency, as per the formal commercial registry entry of my company

but you don't approve the VAT number I provided. Why is that?
