VAT# rejected - HELP me open a support ticket

The VAT# provided relates to one of my companies. I intend to use company card for purchasing connects.

As an individual, i do not have assigned a VAT ID, since this is given only to legal entities.

Let me know what’s the procedure to approve the VAT# as per above.
