Hi,
I have accidentally submitted a different email than my upwork email in on boarding process of a job. I need to fix that, can someone please help?

You meant you've given a different email address of yours to the client once the job has been awarded officially in Upwork? If so, you can message the client again. Or if it is ok for you, you can continue using that mail for this particular client / job.
