Hello,
I'm new to upwork and I'm confused about my earnings.
I have received three payments and the summed amount doesn't add up to the withdrawal amount.
My last three earnings were $220,00, $681,76 and $400,00 without fees and taxes and with all the fees they were $166,76, $585,56 and $351,60, this would sum up to $1103,92. This week I made a withdrawal of the total amount available and the deposit was $936.17. What happened to the $167,75? If the fees were already subtracted from my monthly earnings, why didn't I get the full amount ($1103,92)?
Can anyone explain to me why did this happen, please?
Thank you.

Hi Thaysa,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Here's the computation I saw on your account:
Contract 1: $220.00 - $44.00 (20% service fee) - $9.24 (21% VAT for service fee) = $166.76
Contract 2: $515.00 - $79.50 (service fee) - $16.70 (VAT) = $418.80
Contract 3: $400.00 - $40.00 (service fee) - $8.40 (VAT) = $351.60
Total = $937.16
Withdrawal fee = $0.99
Deposited amount = $936.17
You can view all of these on your Transaction History page.

Hi Ajay,
If the payment method you used is incorrect, the funds will be refunded to your Upwork account, which usually takes 7 to 10 days.
