Now the client has approached me for the removal of requested feedback (4.8 ) and comments against my only completed contract. But he don't know how to remove the feedback. Kindly guide him further accordingly.  I shall be very thankful to you.

attached are the screenshots of the conversation with the client on the subject. Kindly do the needful.
