clients are not allowed to give me a feedback on the last job I completed

my client sent me a message saying that he couldn't give feedback.

He said that he tried to give me feedback but he didn't know why he wasn't allowed to give feedback.

Is there one particular setting that prevents him from giving feedback to his freelancer?

Ask client to close contract or enter contract-details then click "allow edit" under client's feedback field.

if the contract is older than 2 weeks then he can't
