declined name change

Hi, 

I am new to Upwork & made a mistake on my profile when adding my name. I thought this was for profile not real name & have made several attempts to change in my contact info.  It keeps getting declined, but I am trying to change to my legal name.  I am trying to follow the rules before submitting for assignments and running into serious issues. Please, help. 😞
