e-mail via upwork saying that i have a message but i do not have it in my ıpwork inbox

Today I received an e-mail saying that i have an unread message in upwork. But the message does not exist in my message inbox. The e-mail asks me to contact someone via telegram. Smells like a scam. I kindly request upwork team to review the e-mail in the attachment.

I received one of these today too, to communicate via Skype. The email also does not show in my Messages inside my account.
