I am new to upwork. It is not appeared the link of 'track time with the desktop app' in my account. Can I know that it is because I am new to upwork, or elese it is something wrong of my account?

I checked your account, but it doesn't look like you have an hourly contract. When you already have an hourly contract, you will need to download the Upwork Desktop App to track your time while working on your project.

Thank you so much for the reply. I want to submit proposals of hourty project. but I don't have a link in my account to download (Track time with the desktop app). I just want to know about that.
