not able to accept the offer

I am not able accept the proposal recieved and also not able to message the client the photograph are attach. so help me resolve the issue and last date to accept the offer is 22-03-2024.Please help to resolve the issue.

Not able accept the offer. But i think clients account would be suspended So I could not able to accept the offer
