I am from India and opened Paypal account for the payment. But I am getting problem while payment. The message is continuously showing that " There was aproblem in charging the billing method". In my paypal account I can't add money in the wallet, but linked the visa debit card. Upwork is also not supporting if I add my visa debit card method in billing. Please help me since I need to hire a freelancer quickly.

Thank you for your message. Please contact Paypal support for issues with adding funds to your Paypal wallet using your VISA debit card. Alternatively, you can add your VISA debit card directly to your Upwork account. Please contact your card issuing bank to check if your card is enabled for international transactions and has an appropriate limit to make payments on the Upwork account.
