payment method inactive (after 3 days)

I've recently added a second withdrawal method (wire transfer), I waited the 3 days security period, made sure my name is matching everywhere, and it still appears to be inactive, I've made a support ticket but it's been 10 days.
Is there any thing else I should notice? or is it a technical error?
