portfolio link will not load

I cannot get a vimeo link to load on portfolio page. AND i cannot get any real help on Upwork - phone number reverts to telling you to go to support page, chatbot sends every question to Academy page and Twitter will not allow messgaes. When I click o report a tech issue, I get sent to generic support page - shameful display of circular hell. So Upwork is committed to taking high dollars for no service! Please can anyone actually help. Is there any real customer service here?
