Clear your cache, cookies, close the browser and then reboot the computer. Make sure that you have a good Internet connection. If all that fails, capture a screenshot with the time stamp and send to Support for assistance. Thanks!

Could you please try William's suggestion? I tried but wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’re describing. You may also try logging in using incognito mode. Also note that we only officially support the latest two versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.
