spinner shows everytime i click on add certification manually

I am trying to add certificates manually but it starts showing a loader forever and on checking the console that's what I am getting.

  

It's been a month since this error I have tried different browsers, laptops, and incognito mode.

I tried but wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’re describing. You may also try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. Also note that we only officially support the latest two versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Apple Safari. Let us know if the issue persists and we'll look further into that for you.
