tracked times

I've been working for my Employer on an hourly basis. Tracker traced the time and Employer says, the sum for the tracked time is withdrawn from his account but I can't see the sum in my pending earnings. Could you please, support me?

Hi Shalala,

Thank you for your message. Your logged hours on the Hourly contract are processed as per the weekly billing cycle. You can refer to the Report page to check the status of your earnings.

Hi Pradeep. Thank you for answer. I know "weekly billing cycle" and "Report". This is another issue. The time is tracked but it's not send to employer and the tracked time is not shown in my "weekly billing cycle" and "Report".
