Can not verify phone number

Hello, Upwork

I too am having trouble verifying my number. When I get my money to my local bank, I can not get code verifying to my phone or my E-mail, I tried it in 2 days and it is the same problem. Would you be able to have a team member reach out to me as well?

Hi!

 

I lost access to my old account - to be honest I don't even know the email that was used. I need to be able to use my phone number on my new account and get access to my old one so I can close it. Can anyone help?

Set up a new account but apparently my phone number is linked to another account.  I may have an old account but cannot find it.  How do I go about deleting an old account that I've never used and cannot find?

Hello,

I am in the process of creating my profile. However, when entering my phone number to verify the account, it says "this number is being used by a different account". I remember creating an account a long time ago as well as deleting it since I never used it. 

Can someone help me with this issue?

I am trying to set up my Freelancer profile, but it says my phone number is already in use. If I had to guess, it was used many years ago back when the service was still called Elance, but I have no way of accessing that old account since I never formally transferred it to Upwork.

Hello I am having Truoble logging in my account . Both online and gen app.if k login with my email 

it keeps telling me to create profile like it's a new account. I have been using this account for months now . Even. When Verify with my phone number it keeps telling me that the phone number belongs to another Upwork account. This is my only upowrk account I have .
