You really need an official bug report form. If there is one I cannot find it. Apparently looking at this forum, you have a ton of bugs in your web app and you should be prioritizing getting your product in a usable state.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Visit this page: https://www.upwork.com/hire/concept-artists/
2. For one of the freelancers in the list, click "See More". Remember who you clicked. Let's say I clicked on someone named "Fred".
3. Close the new tab that is opened that shows Fred's profile.
4. Now you're looking at the list of freelancers again (link in #1), as that tab remained open. Click on "See More" for a different freelancer. Let's say I clicked on someone named "Lucy".
5. The new tab that opens shows Fred's profile instead of Lucy.

3. Close tab.
