Cant link my payoneer to upwork!

Hi there,

I am a content writer and working on both Fiverr and Upwork simultaneously. I get paid via Payoneer from Fiverr, and I want to add that payoneer to my Upwork payment method. But it's not allowing me to do so. Can anyone help me with this?
