Direct Message from Buyers (Prospect Client)

I have received a direct message from potential clients regarding a new project.

How can I review this client’s record on Upwork?

This source by Upwork didn't help me. Upwork’s Direct Messages page:

However, I see no such information in the first Direct Message notification email that is sent to freelancers when a Direct Message conversation is initiated.

So, I have no idea what the client’s track history is on Upwork.

How can I check that?

Is there any way to check that?

Because I prefer to look at clients' track records before pursuing the project. Can anyone guide me?

side below where you click to start your proposal.

No, it just shows the client's name and payment method status. But I am asking about the track of the client who contacted me directly to pursue a contract.

Hi Aneela,

I just checked my direct messages and you are right, it does not include details of the client like their feedback. However, check if the offer appears under invitations for an interview. If yes, all details should be available there through the link to the job posting.
