Hi!
I was curious as to how I can find an agency.
Since I've started Upwork, I wasn't able to find any jobs. I don't have any certificates, just one which isn't too known and doesn't promise any job opportunities. And seeing as I don't have enough money, I cannot do much more than just try my best without any certificates. I have 5+ years of experience (translating books on Wattpad) but, seemingly, that does not count as experience to anyone.
Recently I found out about agencies, but I just don't know how to find one or even how to join one. If anyone has any tips or recommendations, I'd be incredibly glad to hear those. Thanks a lot in advance!
