Are individual freelancers allowed to use their personal accounts to pitch on behalf of an agency and then redirect offers to that agency account?

Hi Fiona,

We highly suggest that if you are sending a proposal as a freelancer use only the qualifications that you have as an individual freelancer.

When you submit a proposal as a freelancer and you are using the agency's qualification that would be a profile violation for misrepresenting oneself.

The client may report you as misrepresentation and could place your Freelancer account at risk.
